The single upper control arm is responsible for maintaining pinion angle and preventing axle counter-rotation. This "3 link" style suspension is ideal for autocross and road race applications as it allows the most articulation possible with a solid axle. For drag racing, however, the single, centered link becomes a weak point as the arm is only one inch thick in the middle and made from light gauge, stamped steel. Our upper control arm is made from 1 5/8" .120 wall DOM tube and is TIG welded.

They are available with polyurethane bushings or spherical bearings.

    Excellent Quality, Functionality and Looks!

    I could not be happier! The BMR UCA displayed excellent craftsmanship and functionality. I especially liked how easy it was to adjust the pinion angle once mounted. The poly bushings were a big improved in stiffness over the EOM bushings too. I would even argue that I now get a bit more power to the ground too (less spin/more traction). Installation instructions are thorough and easy to follow. Best of all, the UCA looks great!

    This product will certainly help wheel hop. The Rubber of the stock part can be twisted by hand...so the poly will stiffen it up quite a bit.
