Anderson Composites meticulously packs all products to prevent damage during shipping. Nonetheless, damage may occur on occasion. Upon receipt, the buyer is required to inspect the packaging and products thoroughly, then accept the shipment and document any damages or irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt while the driver is present. The buyer must keep all boxes, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to examine. Rejecting the shipment or returning it without authorization may result in the denial of the right to file a damage claim. A signed receipt without any notations releases the carrier and Anderson Composites from any further damage claims. The discovery of damages following a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
